For salad
2 Pac Choi chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 Cucumber chopped
2-4 large handfuls Salad Mix
2-4 NY Steak’s (Optional)
For Dressing
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
dash of cayenne
-In a blender or food processor add all ingredients for dressing and mix. Let sit for 20 minutes before using
-Grill the steaks to desired temperature
-If you want you can sauté the chopped Pac Choi or just use it raw.
-Assemble salad with tomato, cucumber and pac choi
