2 Heads of Pac Choi
1 lb of Fresh Maine Lobster Meat
1/4-1/2 Stick of Butter (your preference)
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 tsp of herbs of choice (tarragon preferable)
Salt and Pepper to taste
-Separate Pac Choi leaves, cut off the stalks and chop them up
-Mince garlic and herbs. Melt butter in sauté pan and add the garlic, ¼ C of pac choi stalks and herbs and sauté till garlic is a light golden color.
-Remove from heat and add the Lobster Meat and toss
-Place the lobster concoction in the leafy part of the Pac Choi and enjoy a yummy treat!
